    Drive business growth and enhance brand recognition as a Business Development Manager. Collaborate with executives and the sales team to identify market trends, propose innovative solutions, and develop new revenue streams.

    Main Responsibilities

    1. Maintain and expand existing business relationships through strategic product development and improved offerings.
    2. Prioritize client relationships, addressing pain points, and proposing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
    3. Leverage company objectives to inform and lead new business initiatives.
    4. Create value for current customers while attracting new ones.
    5. Discover and capitalize on emerging markets and opportunities.
    6. Develop and present quotes and proposals in collaboration with internal stakeholders, ensuring profitable outcomes.
    7. Establish goals for business growth and talent development, ensuring successful outcomes.
    8. Foster skill development among team members and provide guidance and training.
    9. Assume additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
    10. Attend industry conferences, meetings, and events to stay informed and network.

    Key Relationships

    Internal: Sales, Pre-Sales, and Technical Teams
    External: Partners, Vendors, Resellers, and End Users

    Requirements and Qualifications

    1. Bachelor's degree in ECE, IT, or related field; Marketing or business course also considered.
    2. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, business, product development, marketing, or a related field.
    3. Background in ICT/Telecommunication industry is advantageous.
    4. Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
