OVERVIEW
In-charge of the

Sales Support Team:

drafts itinerary for each, monitors their schedule, and ensure the accomplishment of task assigned to installers, cad operators, and the rest of the sales support team.

INSTALLATION
*Perform random site inspection
*Ensure all jobsites requiring Project Coordinator and Time Keeper are manned
*Monitor activities of Project Coordinator and installers on all stages of the installations to ensure the accuracy of work and the completion job
as scheduled


CADD TEAM
*Ensure accurate preparation of freehand drawings from actual site measurement
*Ensure coordinations with AEs to accurately update/correct cutting lay-out in case of revisions
*Ensure coordinations of CADD member and installers for accuracy of work based on the provided cutting lay-out plans


LOGISTICS
*In-charge of preparation and efficient scheduling of deliveries through systematic coordination with Warehouse and Logistics Personnel
*Ensure the maintenance and proper operation of company vehicle, and make immediate requisition for repair if any.
*Ensure the security, cleanliness and readiness of Delivery Vehicle at all times


WAREHOUSE AND INVENTORY
*In-charge of monitoring all activities at the warehouses, including dispatching and receiving
*Ensure issuance of MRR, Transmittal Forms, Gate Pass, etc. for all incoming local and international purchases from consolidator & brokers (Tri-O Logistics, OIA Logistics) including items received via courier (DHL, FedEX, etc.)
*Ensure safeguarding of warehouses and its contents by monitoring security and reporting any problems
*Ensure good order and condition of stocks
*Ensure correctness of picked up items from warehouse according to items indicated on pull-out forms
*Ensure correctness of delivered items to warehouse according to items indicated on and packing list
*Suggest efficient warehouse planning layout, product flow observing FIFO system (First In, First Out)
*Ensure the maintenance, proper operations & inventory of all office equipment , installation and levelling tools, and make immediate requisition for replenishment and repair, if any
*Suggest effective office management processes
*Perform any other related tasks as may be directed by the Management

Schedule

• 8 hours shift

*Monday to Friday - 8 AM to 5:45 PM
*Saturday - 8 AM TO 12 Noon
