- Manages and process timely renewal of vehicles registration and annual insurance.
- Prepares pertinent documents and duly files applications for Visa & AEP of Top Management/ Expats.
- Accomplishes other tasks in relation to department or section's ISO Documentation Management, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Departmental Objectives, Hotel Reservations and assist in other General Affairs Department day-to-day activities.
- College graduate of any four (4) year course
- Preferably with work experience or exposure in handling legal documents or administrative works
- Computer literate
