Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day Shift; Onsite
Location: Taguig
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support month-end and year-end close processes to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Prepare, review, and post journal entries, including accruals, prepayments, and other adjustments.
- Perform general ledger and balance sheet reconciliations, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Develop and analyze financial statements and management reports, clearly explaining variances and key drivers.
- Ensure adherence to accounting standards, internal controls, and SOX compliance, and assist with internal and external audits.
- Serve as a Record-to-Report subject matter expert, providing guidance and resolving process-related issues.
- Lead process improvements and standardization initiatives to strengthen efficiency, accuracy, and controls.
- Partner with AR, AP, OTC, FP&A, and other finance teams to support accurate and complete financial reporting.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in Record to Report (R2R) or a related accounting function.
- Solid knowledge of general ledger accounting, close processes, and financial reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present financial information clearly.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical capabilities.
