Work with Onboard and Pre-close teams to set up new client's bank accounts Reconnect bank linkage feeds Client Offboarding Help develop and maintain operational procedures Collect W9s and confirm wire instructions for new payees or vendors Maintain internal vendor database Create and initiate vendor payments on Initiate and review ACH wires FX payments for client's approval Participate partner cross-functional teams product related initiatives process improvements Flexible to changes excel fast moving working culture Flexibility work U.S. business hours Night shift Equipment provided Hybrid times month onsite
