Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Leadership & Supervision: Provides clear direction to team members regarding daily tasks; assists in scheduling and workload distribution.
- Staff Development: Monitors team performance and provides constructive feedback and coaching to improve skills and productivity.
- Operational Quality: Ensures the workspace/store remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety and health standards.
- Inventory & Asset Management: Assists in monitoring supplies, managing inventory records, and minimizing loss or shrinkage.
- Reporting & Compliance: Prepares daily operational reports and ensures all team activities strictly follow the Company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Customer/Stakeholder Service: Acts as a point of contact for inquiries and escalations, ensuring all concerns are resolved with a high level of professionalism.
Qualifications
- Education: High School graduate or College level (Bachelor's/Associate Degree in a related field is an advantage).
- Experience: At least 1–2 years of experience in a lead, supervisory, or senior-level role in any fast-paced industry (Retail, Hospitality, Logistics, or BPO).
Technical Skills: * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word).
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Basic mathematical skills for inventory or transaction handling.
- Communication: Able to communicate effectively in both English and the local language.
