Job summary
We are looking for a Backend Analyst for our French client who specializes in producing various types of glasses collaborating with opticians Their mission is to enhance the quality of life by improving the quality of visionResponsibilities
- Providing support enhancements to backend applications addressing issues requests raised by project managers stakeholders ensuring business continuity system reliability
- Investigating diagnosing root cause technical issues performing thorough analysis understanding underlying problems dependencies within system
- Implementing preventive actions fixes recurring issues working proactively ensure long-term stability minimize service interruptions
- Maintaining clear communication IT customers stakeholders keeping regularly updated status their requests incidents enhancement deliveries
- Escalating unresolved issues fall outside scope cannot addressed established Service Level Agreements SLAs ensuring timely handover resolution
