    Key Responsibilities:

    Platform Administration & Configuration

    • Configure and maintain ServiceNow platform components including users, groups, ACLs, roles, and permissions.
    • Manage system properties, UI policies, and business rules to meet operational requirements.
    • Perform monitoring, performance tuning, and health checks for optimal platform performance.

    Instance Management

    • Execute instance cloning, upgrades, and patch installations for security and feature enhancements.
    • Apply security fixes and maintain compliance with organizational standards.

    Authentication & Security

    • Implement and manage SAML, SSO, and other authentication mechanisms.
    • Ensure secure access control and compliance with enterprise identity management policies.

    Scripting & Automation

    • Develop and maintain scripts using JavaScript and workflows using Flow Designer.
    • Automate routine administrative tasks to improve efficiency.

    Cloud Resource Management

    • Support account management for cloud core resources (compute, network, storage) integrated with ServiceNow.
    • Ensure proper configuration and governance of cloud-related ServiceNow modules.

    Data Modeling & Governance

    • Implement and maintain data models based on CSDM (Common Service Data Model) framework.
    • Ensure data integrity and stewardship across ServiceNow common tables.
