About the role
Reporting to the IT Manager, this exciting full-time IT Business Analyst (ERP) role is a crucial part of the growing team at Rising Tide Digital, Inc. Based in our Taguig City office in Metro Manila, you will be responsible for analysing business requirements, designing solutions, and driving the implementation of our enterprise-wide ERP system.
What you'll be doing
- Gather and document business requirements from various stakeholders
- Identify gaps and inefficiencies in existing processes and systems
- Design and develop functional and technical specifications for system enhancements and new solutions
- Collaborate closely with the IT development team to ensure the successful implementation of new ERP functionality
- Provide end-user training and support on the ERP system
- Continuously optimise business processes and drive continuous improvement
- Document and maintain system architecture, user manuals, and other technical specifications
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, preferably with exposure to ERP systems
- Familiarity with ERP systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to effectively liaise with both technical and non-technical teams
- Experience in business process mapping and re-engineering
