    Qualifications

    • At lest 1 Year Experience in customer service, customer support, customer satisfaction, and customer experience in BPO on Non BPO Setting
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism
    • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer management software
    • Minimum of a College Undergraduate, Completed 2 years
    • Must have at least 25mbps internet connection
