- Minimum of 6 months of experience in healthcare recruitment, with a focus on sourcing and pre-screening candidates.
- Experience recruiting for roles such as Travel Nurses, Case Managers, RN Review Analysts, Community Health Workers, Psychologists, and other US Healthcare positions is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of healthcare industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates, clients, and team members.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets and objectives.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
