Job summary
As the Regional Commercial L&D Specialist you will be responsible for designing developing and executing digital learning solutions for a leading regional retail organisation You'll lead the creation and rollout of commercial capability-building programs that enable best-in-class omnichannel retail and digital commerce performance across Southeast Asia & China.
Responsibilities
- Architect localize deploy learning modules for the Digital Academy covering topics like ecommerce management conversion optimization channel strategy digital marketing commercial operations analytics Ensure content is SCORM-compliant optimized for both self-paced digital blended learning.
