The IT Technical Support Specialist provides frontline assistance to end-users by diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues.
This role ensures smooth IT operations, maintains system reliability, and supports employees in maximizing productivity through effective use of technology.
What You'll Do- User Support & Experience
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
Guide users through solutions with clear, professional communication.
- Systems & Infrastructure Support
Perform preventive maintenance on laptops, printers, and IT equipment.
Monitor system performance and escalate complex issues when required.
- Network & Connectivity
Maintain availability of shared drives and network resources.
- Documentation & Compliance
Support IT security standards, antivirus protection, and data privacy compliance.
Recommend preventive solutions based on recurring issues.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, macOS, and basic networking environments.
Knowledge of IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, and Microsoft 365 administration.
Experience using helpdesk or ticketing systems is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills with a strong customer service mindset.
