    The Sales Associate is responsible for delivering an exceptional, personalized shopping experience to clients while representing the brand's premium image and values. This role focuses on building long-term client relationships, achieving sales targets, and maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and customer service in a luxury retail environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide personalized, high-touch customer service aligned with luxury brand standards
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and loyalty
    • Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets and KPIs
    • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products, collections, and brand heritage
    • Assist clients with styling, fit, and product recommendations
    • Handle transactions accurately and professionally
    • Maintain visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness
    • Support inventory management, stock replenishment, and loss prevention
    • Participate in store events, product launches, and VIP appointments

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree or vocational diploma preferred (not required)
    • At least 1–2 years of experience in retail sales; experience in luxury or fashion retail is an advantage
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Customer-focused mindset with a polished, professional demeanor
    • Sales-driven and goal-oriented
    • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
