Responsibilities
+Inbound Calls & Client Intake: answer calls from U.S. customers and prospects,+explain client services clearly and professionally,+collect customer details (equipment type, volume, location timing),+route information to quoting operations or management,+schedule electronics pickups and service appointments.Outbound Sales / Cold Calling:
- Make 80–120 outbound cold calls per day ,
- Follow approved scripts and talking points ,
- Handle objections and qualify leads ,
- Capture accurate contact company information
