    What You'll Do

    As a Treasury Assistant, you'll support daily treasury operations and help ensure smooth and accurate cash handling. Don't worry—our team will guide you as you learn the process.

    Your Day-to-Day Tasks May Include:

    • Assisting in the preparation and collection of daily deposits
    • Preparing daily cash and collection reports
    • Checking, sorting, and filing processed checks and documents
    • Helping release checks to vendors and branches
    • Recording daily disbursements and monitoring unreleased checks
    • Assisting in verifying bank statements and treasury records
    • Handling petty cash and other assigned funds responsibly
    • Preparing loose change and assisting with revolving funds
    • Keeping records organized, secure, and easy to track
    • Maintaining a clean and orderly workspace
    • Supporting the team with other treasury-related tasks when needed

    What We're Looking For

    • Graduate of Financial Management, Business Administration, or any related 4-year course
    • Experience in treasury, accounting, or finance is a plus—but not required
    • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
    • Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with numbers
    • Responsible and trustworthy when handling documents and funds
