1.Maintains and complies with established policies/procedures, objectives, safety, quality assurance program, safety, environmental and infection control standards of the Center.2.Performs radiographic examinations.3.Performs all ultrasound techniques and examinations, abdominal scans, retro peritoneal scans, obstetrics and gynecology scans, etc.4.Maintains and complies with established policies/procedures, objectives, quality assurance program, safety, environmental and infection control standards of the Center.5.Assists physician in such procedures as needle biopsies, renal biopsies, etc.
Scans patient, marks patient's body, determines angle for puncture, assists as necessary, maintains sterile technique.6.Checks equipment, supplies and accessories according to the requirements of the department.
7.Maintains equipment in efficient operating order, performs preventive maintenance on a regularly scheduled basis in conjunction with service maintenance contracts.8.Positions and transfers patients comfortably.9.Maintains records of examination data and other pertinent information on patients.10.Complies with Personnel Policies of the Center on attendance, leaves, mandatory meetings, etc.11.Enhances professional growth and development through participation in educational programs, current literature, in-service meetings, etc.12.Complies with Company Policies and Procedures.13.Performs other duties as assigned or requested.
