The Purchasing / Inventory Officer ensures timely procurement of supplies and effective inventory control to support restaurant operations while minimizing waste and controlling costs.Responsibilities
- Source, negotiate, and purchase food supplies ingredients operational materials
- Monitor inventory levels shelf life usage . Conduct regular inventory counts audits reconciliation Coordinate with suppliers regarding pricing delivery quality issues Maintain accurate purchasing inventory records .
