The successful candidate will be a real problem solver. This role involves troubleshooting the issues raised by the internal users, prioritising these issues and coordinating with the third party for escalation and closure of the issues which cannot be resolved internally.
Role reports to the Head of Financial System
Qualifications:
Requirements/ Skills:
. Role will primarily be supporting the Finance functions but will have engagement with users across the business.
. Experience in a operations/ support environment using Oracle Fusion is essential.
. Good troubleshooting skills - the ability to identify and resolve issues in the ERP system, including analysing error logs, debugging code and performing system diagnostics.
. Articulate and good communicator with the ability to communicate technical issues in an easy-to-understand way.
. Good understanding of financial processes like AP, AR, General Accounting & Cash management.
. Experience in coordinating with external parties for technical issues escalation and following it up to resolution.
. Understanding of CPQ and CRM concepts and functionalities will be added advantage.
