About the Job

We are seeking a Patient Relations Officer who will serve as the first point of contact for our patients and guests. This role is essential in creating a seamless, welcoming, and professional clinic experience from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities

Warmly welcome and assist all patients and visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
Respond to inquiries and concerns across multiple channels (in-person, phone, SMS, and email) in a timely and empathetic manner.
Manage appointment scheduling through our electronic medical records, ensuring accurate bookings, confirmations, and reminders.
Training will be provided; prior system experience is not required.
Coordinate closely with physicians, assistant clinic manager and medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and accurate handovers.
Maintain and update patient records while strictly adhering to data privacy and confidentiality guidelines.
Oversee patient arrivals, room assignments, and real-time appointment updates.
Ensure reception and waiting areas remain clean, organised, and welcoming at all times.
Clinical photo documentation of patients upon arrival at the clinic
Assist with room settlement, basic product guidance, and simple payment-related tasks when necessary.
Participate in promotional activities and patient engagement initiatives.
Uphold safety protocols and company policies, and provide support to other branches as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's/College degree required.
Preference for candidates with a background in Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields.
At least 2–3 years of experience in a clinic, healthcare setting, hospitality, or customer relations role.
Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills.
Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Tech-savvy and comfortable using scheduling systems and communication platforms.

Work Schedule: Willingness to work six (6) days a week. Full time, weekdays, may include weekends & holidays.

Location: Kamias, Quezon City
