    Position Overview

    We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Parts Team Member who will play a dual role: supporting day‑to‑day parts operations, processing part orders for various clients and internal teams, while contributing to our AI initiatives, ERP system testing and implementation. This remote position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on operational work but is also excited about technology, process improvement, and digital transformation.

    Role & Responsibilities

    • Process and source for all part orders and requirements for internal & external customers/vendors in a timely and efficient manner
    • Interpret part numbers, service manuals and technical information to determine the appropriate part as needed
    • Manage part orders, return-to-vendor claims, and warranty claim statuses to avoid financial penalties and improve service levels
    • Manage client financial approvals
    • Offering feedback on part ordering processes; process improvements focused on service levels
    • Support continuous improvement in workflow, processes and safety.
    • Work on AI support & process improvements in tech support teams. This includes assisting in identifying operational areas where AI tools can improve efficiency, help test and validate AI‑driven features or workflows.
    • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to adopt AI‑enhanced processes
    • Participate in ERP system testing, including UAT (User Acceptance Testing), workflow validation, and bug reporting.
    • Support data migration activities, such as data review, cleanup and verification.
    • Help train team members on new ERP features and best practices.
    • Assist with any other job assignments or duties as per business/client requirements

    Who You Are:

    • Meticulous organizer with strong attention to detail
    • Previous experience using and gathering data from databases is an asset
    • Tech-savvy with strong skills in navigating the MS Office Suite & SharePoint
    • Experience in parts, inventory, warehouse, or supply chain operations
    • Strong interest in IT with knowledge and experience with IT repair, including PCs, laptops and printers preferred
    • Interest in learning more about technology and working towards a post-secondary degree relevant in Logistics, Supply Chain, Computer Science or related field
    • Self-directed and proactive individual looking to support a dynamic team
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills

    Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

    • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Epicor, Microsoft Dynamics).
    • Exposure to AI tools or automation platforms.
    • Proficiency with spreadsheets and data entry

    Additional Requirements:

    • Must be able to work remotely in Pacific Time Zone – Vancouver, Canada
    • Comply with background check requirements
