Job Title: UGC UGC Video Editor

Work Arrangement: Full Onsite - Pasay, Double Dragon

E-Commerce | Telehealth Technology Platform

We're looking for a performance-driven UGC Video Editor to create high-converting short-form videos for paid social and digital growth campaigns. This is a fast-paced, execution-focused role centered on direct-response marketing, creative testing, and measurable results.

What You'll Do

Edit raw materials to create scroll-stopping short-form videos for Meta & TikTok ads
Edit video materials to create authentic UGC including testimonials, problem-solution videos, product demos & explainers
Follow scripts, hooks, and creative briefs — while adding your own natural delivery
Produce multiple variations (different hooks, CTAs, angles) to support rapid ad testing
Optimize videos for retention, watch time, and conversions
Incorporate captions, on-screen text, and light graphics aligned with brand guidelines
Use AI tools to enhance video creation, voiceovers, scripting, or editing efficiency
Apply performance feedback (CTR, hold rate, conversions) to improve future content
Collaborate with our marketing & growth team for quick turnarounds

What We're Looking For

2+ years video editing editing UGC or short-form social content
Proven experience creating paid social ads for Meta & TikTok
Strong video editing skills & natural storytelling ability
Understanding of direct-response marketing & conversion psychology
Ability to create multiple content variations quickly
Basic editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)
Comfortable working independently & iterating fast
Strong English communication skills
Open to direct feedback & performance-driven optimization

Preferred skills

Experience creating content for DTC, eCommerce, or telehealth brands
Strong understanding of TikTok & Meta ad best practices (hooks, pacing, formats)
Familiarity with creative testing frameworks
Ability to deliver high-quality content with minimal direction
