- Contribute to campaign ideation aligned with quarterly OKRs and business priorities.
- Support the development of comprehensive campaign briefs, timelines, channel deployment plans, and performance measurement frameworks.
- Translate approved campaign strategies into structured, insight-driven omnichannel marketing plans.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Creative, Content, CRM, Product, Brand, Data, and other internal stakeholders to ensure asset readiness and on-time execution.
- Liaise with agency partners and external vendors to facilitate production, trafficking, and timely delivery of campaign materials.
- Support the planning and execution of thematic, seasonal, institutional, partner-led, and cohort-based marketing initiatives across the funnel.
- Lead end-to-end coordination of integrated campaigns across:
- Paid media
- Earned and owned channels
- CRM (Email, Push, SMS)
- In-app placements and app campaigns
- Offline activations
- Influencer and partnership collaborations
- Ensure seamless cross-channel rollout, aligning timelines, messaging, and creative assets across stakeholders.
- Monitor campaign performance and delivery milestones; proactively identify and resolve execution gaps to ensure on-time, on-strategy launch.
- Support the ideation, planning, and optimization of organic and paid digital campaigns under the guidance of senior team members.
- Coordinate the creation, deployment, and continuous optimization of landing pages, email journeys, and digital assets to drive acquisition, activation, and engagement.
- Support end-to-end event and activation execution — from planning and pre-event requirements to ingress, setup, live operations, and post-event wrap-up.
- Coordinate logistics, suppliers, permits, and material production to ensure on-time and on-brand implementation.
- Provide on-ground support during events, ensuring seamless coordination across internal teams, agencies, and vendors.
- Monitor execution quality and alignment with campaign objectives; document outcomes and support post-event reporting.
- Maintain campaign calendars, trackers, budgets, and documentation to ensure organized and efficient execution across initiatives.
- Support performance monitoring and reporting, including post-campaign analyses, insights generation, and recommendations for optimization.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment on deliverables, timelines, and campaign status updates.
- Assist in vendor communications and material tracking to ensure smooth production and execution.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance campaign efficiency, reporting accuracy, and cross-team collaboration.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, events, or campaign support roles.
- Knowledge of digital platforms (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, email marketing tools, CRM systems).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest or exposure to events, brand activations, or on-ground marketing is a must.
- Analytical mindset with basic experience in performance tracking and reporting.
- Good communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working with cross-functional teams.

As a Marketing Officer, you help support and execute marketing campaigns that bring the DAVI and Go Rewards brands to life. You work closely with the Senior Marketing Officer and the Lead for Customer Growth & Activation to turn campaign plans into action—supporting digital initiatives, events, and activations that help attract, engage, and activate customers. You ensure marketing activities are executed accurately, on time, and aligned with brand and campaign objectives.
