Client Communication
. Handle daily communication with clients, respond promptly to their inquiries, and proactively
solve emerging issues.
. Assisting clients via chats, calls, and emails within the set SLAs.
. Demonstrating a healthy balance of professionalism with empathy/patience.
. Completing service requests from start to finish, including frequent check-ins and closing the
loop.
. Ability to solve client issues independently where possible and escalate when necessary.
Operations: Product/Service Knowledge
. Acquiring a comprehensive understanding of our products and services and becoming the
subject matter expert on product
. Assessing bugs/issues reported by clients. Creating tickets, filing disputes, tracking, and
alerting other teams to issues.. Learning about our tools and learning how to use and navigate through them.
