    JOB DESCRIPTION

    Under the direct supervision of the Director, provides administrative support and performs other tasks as may be assigned.

    Functions and Responsibilities:

    1.Management of DMS central files

    2.Assist in the receiving and routing of documents

    3.Reproduces information materials and other official communications

    4.Transmits through fax and/or email memos, letters and other important documents to FOs and other agencies

    5.Assists in encoding office communications

    6.Receives/place calls and

    7.Performs other related tasks as may be assigned by the Director.

    Job Outputs:

    1.Office Memorandums

    2.Updated tracking system (DSWD Enhanced Document Tracker Management System and Internal Tracker of the Digital Media Service)

    3.Organized Filing System

    4.Approved Records Disposal, Inventory and Archives
