    KEY RESPONSIBILITY :
    1. Examines and evaluates current systems
    2. Collaborates with IT teams and developers in the enhancement of existing systems
    3. Assists and reviews test plan for the testers
    4. Trains users on the new and/or enhanced operation systems and provide support
    5. Document system requirements based on user requirements that are useable in the enhancement to existing information systems and modules
    QUALIFICATIONS :
    • College graduate with a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
    • Knowledge and experience in development and documentation
    • Good understanding of business information systems
    • Ability to explain and elaborate on technical details
    • Very good analytical skills
    • Good understanding of Operating Systems: Microsoft Windows (Desktop - up to the latest/current version), Microsoft Windows Server up), Linux (flavor supported and used by the company)
    • Good understanding of Application Platforms: Web Servers, Application Servers, Database Management Systems, Microsoft Office (up to the latest/current version),Email System
    • Good understanding of Applications: Web-based Systems, Distributed applications
    • Critical thinking and analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Attention to details
    • Must possess good inter-personal and communication skills.
