• Develop and implement data management policies, procedures, and standards to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security.
• Design and maintain databases, data warehouses, and data lakes to store structured and unstructured data effectively.
• Establish data governance frameworks to regulate data access, usage, and quality across the organization.
• Implement data cleansing, transformation, and normalization techniques to enhance data quality and consistency.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for measuring business performance.
• Conduct data analysis using statistical tools, machine learning algorithms, and data visualization techniques to extract meaningful insights.
• Generate regular reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights and trends to decisionmakers.
• Provide adhoc analysis and support to address specific business questions and challenges.

• Integrate disparate data sources and systems to create a unified view of organizational data.
• Work closely with IT teams to ensure compatibility, scalability, and performance of data management systems.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization to streamline data workflows and enhance efficiency.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and best practices in data management, analytics, and decision support systems.

• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including IT, analytics, finance, operations, and marketing to understand data requirements and priorities.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on datarelated matters and provide guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of datadriven decisionmaking by promoting awareness and understanding of data analytics tools and techniques.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in data management, database administration, or business intelligence roles.
• Proficiency in database technologies such as SQL, NoSQL, and data warehousing concepts.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex datasets and derive actionable insights.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, R, or Java for data manipulation and analysis.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
• Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
• Certification in data management, database administration, or business analytics (e.g., CDMP, CBIP, MCSE).
• Experience with cloudbased data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations such as GDPR, HIPAA, or CCPA.
• Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools
