- Cross-functional role Works closely with Commercial Strategy Revenue/CRM Sales & Marketing Operations and property teams to ensure brand and content are aligned to business goals and guest promise.
- Decision influence Recommends positioning campaign direction content priorities and brand compliance actions manages agency/freelancer output quality escalates brand risks reputational concerns.
