RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive customer growth and profitability.
- Train and motivate sales staff to achieve sales targets.
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction through quality service
- Oversee store administration and compliance with policies.
- Maintain store condition and visual merchandising standards.
- Analyze buying trends and propose innovative ideas to increase market share.
- Conduct performance appraisals and address staff and customer issues promptly.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven success as a retail Store Manager or Restaurant Manager from any QSR (Quick Service Restaurant).
- Customer service and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field..
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
