Job summary
Monitor and record employee hours, track breaks, verify timesheets for accuracy,Maintains employee records (soft and hard copies). Creation of 201 files for all newly hired employees,
Compile time data, calculate overtime process payroll adjustments prepare data for payroll processing generate timekeeping attendance reports HR Head.
Evaluate adherence to company policies labor laws (e.g., overtime pay regulations),
Prepare minor HR memorandum reports presentations internal communications assist HR Manager upcoming proposals/programs in the company promote ideas career planning recognitions/rewards events/activities.
Answer employee questions about timekeeping leave credits benefits resolve discrepancies other concerns assist sourcing screening applicants perform related tasks assigned immediate superior.
