    About the Role

    We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a passion for solving complex IT challenges. This role will be responsible for providing technical support, maintaining network infrastructure, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.

    Responsibilities:

    Technical Support:

    • Provide timely and effective technical support to users, resolving hardware and software issues.
    • Troubleshoot and diagnose system and network problems.
    • Respond to user inquiries and requests in a professional and efficient manner.

    Network Administration:

    • Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
    • Configure and optimize network settings to ensure optimal performance and security.
    • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.

    System Administration:

    • Install, configure, and maintain servers, workstations, and other IT equipment.
    • Implement and enforce security policies to protect sensitive data.
    • Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery procedures.

    Software Installation and Updates:

    • Install and upgrade software applications as needed.
    • Configure software settings to meet organizational requirements.
    • Test new software and hardware to ensure compatibility and performance.

    Documentation:

    • Maintain detailed documentation of IT systems, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum Education Required: Bachelor degree in Information Technology.
    • Minimum Relevant Experience Required: At least 5 years.

    Required Skills:

    • Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.
    • Experience with network administration and troubleshooting.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+) are a plus.

    • Office Location: East Avenue, Quezon City
    • Schedule: 8AM - 6PM, Full onsite, rotating schedule.
