    GENERAL FUNCTION:

    Under the direct supervision of Assistant Manager -Order Management Group, this position is responsible in processing of sales invoices and related delivery documents.

    Processing clerks enter the details for a range of goods.


    • OBJECTIVES OF THE POSITION:
    i. To ensure that all sales orders are processed.
    ii. To process a timely and accurate customers sales orders.
    iii. To ensure daily receipts of delivered sales invoices and delivery receipts for Invoice countering.
    iv. To provide other assistance to customers on matters related to order processing.


    • DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:ORDER PROCESSING:

    FILING:

    • Update and ensure filing of delivery documents
