- Workforce Planning & Market Insight: Forecast demand, assess build/buy/borrow options, and provide labor market intelligence on availability, compensation, and location strategy.
- End-to-End Talent Acquisition: Lead sourcing, screening, interviewing, pre-selection, offer management, and hiring administration; ensure speed, quality, and an equitable candidate experience.
- Employer Brand & Recruitment Marketing: Shape on-brand recruitment communications and content; manage job boards and digital channels; track source effectiveness and optimize spend.
- Candidate Experience & Process Excellence: Standardize selection frameworks and assessment methods; streamline touchpoints; monitor funnel metrics (time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, source ROI, candidate satisfaction).
- Diversity, Early Careers & Pipelines: Embed inclusive hiring practices; support campus initiatives and targeted programs; measure representation and adjust tactics.
- HR Advisory & Manager Coaching: Serve as a go-to for HR policy application; coach managers on performance management, employee relations, compensation/benefits considerations, and risk mitigation within hiring decisions.
- Change & Culture Enablement: Support cultural change plans and integrate HR interventions across functions to reinforce desired behaviors and outcomes.
- Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Liaise with HR centers of excellence and business leaders; manage agencies/outsourced partners with clear SLAs and performance tracking.
- Continuous Improvement: Share best practices, consolidate processes where appropriate, and run experiments to improve efficiency and quality across both HR partnering and TA.
- Essential: Degree-level education; experience in HR business partnering and end-to-end recruitment within complex, matrixed environments; experience managing global recruitment channels, employer branding, and recruitment marketing; proven ability to implement change and coach leaders on HR policy and practice.
