Job summary
We are scaling our Deposits Division and expanding the Relationship Manager team. We're looking for an experienced Team Lead who will manage a high-performing RM group focused on attracting large deposits (high-value clients, HNW, affluent segment)
- Lead, coach, and grow a team of Relationship Managers across multiple geographic zones.
- Drive acquisition of large time deposits and ensure high conversion from meetings to opened account.
- Provide hands-on support to RMs during client negotiations.
