The Structural Design Engineer will play a crucial role in reviewing structural designs for various projects, offering insights, recommendations, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Review structural designs produced by external consultants to ensure they meet quality standards and align with the company's requirements.
• Collaborate closely with project teams, architects, consultants, and other stakeholders to address design challenges and optimize structural solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with external consultants to foster effective communication and collaboration throughout the design process.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and advancements in structural engineering to continuously improve design review processes and methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Civil Engineer
• Proven experience in structural design and engineering, with a focus on reviewing and assessing structural designs for residential, commercial, leisure or mixed-use projects. Experience with sloping horizontal developments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of structural engineering principles, codes, and standards
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external consultants.
