    Overview:
    We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide routine phone support to clients in a dynamic call-center environment. This role involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional service under regular supervision.


    Responsibilities:

    • Respond to customer requests and calls related to specific programs and products.
    • Identify and address customer needs following clientspecific procedures.
    • Resolve issues and deescalate irate or dissatisfied customers.
    • Escalate calls to supervisors when necessary.

    Qualifications:

    • At least High School Graduates
    • Without BPO Experience (6 months BPO Experience is Preferred but not Required)
    • Willing to work onsite at TAGUIGSalary and Benefits:
