Role Summary

The Project Manager owns customer projects end-to-end—from initial consultation and quoting to artwork preparation, order management, and final delivery. This role ensures timelines, approvals, data accuracy, and an exceptional client experience while also supporting revenue growth within assigned accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Client Consultation, Sales & Quoting

Consult with clients on garment selection, decoration methods, artwork placement, and production timelines.
Prepare accurate quotations, recommend solutions, and secure order approvals.
Identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and generate repeat business.

Artwork Intake & Proofing

Review customer artwork and resolve common file issues.
Rebuild simple vector files and prepare production-ready artwork using Adobe Illustrator.
Develop clear proofs for client approval prior to production.

End-to-End Project Management

Manage the full lifecycle of each order—from intake through production to delivery.
Track approvals, deposits, production milestones, and shipping schedules.
Proactively identify risks and remove blockers to keep projects on time.

Order Entry & Data Accuracy

Maintain precise order records including size breakdowns, colorways, decoration specs, shipping details, and version control.
Ensure all information entered into company systems is accurate and production-ready.

Client Communication & Experience

Provide timely updates, set expectations, and ensure transparency throughout the project.
Resolve issues quickly with a professional, solutions-oriented approach.
Build strong client relationships that drive satisfaction and retention.

Internal Coordination

Work closely with pre-production and production teams to validate feasibility and adjust specifications when necessary.
Ensure seamless handoffs and workflow efficiency across departments.

Account Growth & Ownership

Manage assigned accounts with a focus on long-term growth.
Recommend additional products, services, or reorders aligned with client needs.
Support achievement of sales and margin targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (vector editing, path cleanup, outlining fonts, preparing production files).
Proven project management ability with strong prioritization and follow-through.
Client-facing confidence with strong consultative sales skills.
High attention to detail in order specifications, proof accuracy, and data entry.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Ability to work remotely with strong accountability, responsiveness, and time management.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in custom apparel, screen printing, embroidery, promotional products, or print production environments.
Knowledge of decoration constraints such as ink limits, stitch counts, placement rules, and garment-specific considerations.
Familiarity with CRM, order management, or production tracking systems.

Performance Expectations

Maintain high order accuracy with complete and correct production specifications.
Respond to clients within the same business day and provide proactive updates.
Meet or exceed monthly sales and margin goals for assigned accounts.
Deliver projects on schedule through consistent follow-up on approvals, payments, and internal coordination.
