TASQ Staffing Solutions is actively hiring call center agents in Cebu City who have experience in the Nursing or Pharmaceutical fields.

You can expect a call within 24-48 business hours. Follow-up text and email will be sent if the call is missed. Salary and benefits details will be discussed by the client.

Here are the qualifications required for the classes starting on June 1, 2024:

Registered Pharmacist

Experience is not required but welcomed

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Willingness to start immediately and work on-site in Cebu City

Job Summary:
Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative, your main task will be to assist customers by understanding their concerns and providing timely solutions through calls, chats, and emails

Your responsibilities will include:
Addressing customer needs and concerns

Following company and client processes and policies

Understanding customer requirements and offering appropriate solutions

Building rapport and going the extra mile to engage customers

Ensuring accurate documentation and maintaining productivity

Meeting set targets

This is a full-time employment opportunity.
