Paglalarawan

• Report directly to the head of Operation.
• Analyze and evaluate the claims based on the relevant documents submitted to a certain whether the claim is valid, and to establish the party liable.
• Prepares full report for the Head of Operations based on the result of the analysis and evaluation of the documents with recommendation on whether the claims are for settlement or not.
• Prepares correspondence as necessary, to obtain relevant shipping and claim documents, negotiate a settlement on a w/p basis, and letters of appointment to experts, such as lawyers, surveyors, divers, etc.
• Attend meetings with third parties as needed.
• Liaises/coordinates with the respective law firms handling the cases as needed.
• Prepares regular updates for the Head of Operations on the current developments of the cases handled.
• Designating surveyors for new matters/appointments.
• Checking all reports from the operation department.
• Checking of the surveyor's liquidation report after their attendance.
• Oversee the status of the survey matters, and claims cases handled.
• Perform other functions as the HOD may be deemed necessary.

• Graduate of any 4 yrs. course.
• With at least a background in Insurance Claims.
• Non License Customs Brokers are welcome to apply, a License Customs Broker is a plus.
• Can communicate in Tagalog and English
• Adaptability and Reliable.
