JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil) or Architecture
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Preferred but not required; experience in BIM (Building Information Modeling) and/or TEKLA

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Finish the BIM training program (Architectural, Structural, and MEP)
• Create BIM content: Families, Model in Place, Formulas, Templates, Etc.
• Follows BIM Standard
• Create Building Information Model (BIM) from LOD 200 - LOD 500
• Monitoring of Construction documents and ensuring the accuracy of those based on the discipline BIM Modelling
• Print / construct drawing sets
• Conducts initial clash analysis
