    Job Purpose

    The Corporate Sales Executive is responsible for developing and managing high-value sales relationships with corporate clients, institutions, organizations, and high-net-worth individuals. This role requires a strong consultative selling approach, proven relationship management skills, and the ability to deliver customized solutions that drive revenue growth. The successful candidate will manage an existing client portfolio while actively identifying and closing new business opportunities. A competitive commission structure and performance-based incentives are offered.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Maintain and grow a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring repeat business and identifying upselling opportunities
    • Develop strong relationships with corporate clients, institutions, organizations, and high-net-worth individuals
    • Conduct client needs analysis and present tailored solutions aligned with client objectives
    • Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts; negotiate pricing and service terms
    • Identify new sales opportunities through referrals, events, partnerships, and inbound leads
    • Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns and outreach initiatives
    • Deliver high-touch customer service throughout the entire sales cycle to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty
    • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

    Qualifications & Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate or B2B sales
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
    • Proven ability to build, manage, and maintain high-value client accounts
    • Existing client portfolio is a strong advantage
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems preferred
    • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
    • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently or collaboratively
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends to develop effective sales strategies
