    Schedule:
    Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm PH Time

    Salary:
    Php 50,000 – Php 60,000

    About the Role


    Our client based in Western Australia is seeking skilled and detail-oriented Drafting Engineers to join their design and documentation team.

    This role will focus primarily on Australian residential building projects, with the opportunity to support some commercial work as required.


    The ideal candidate will have strong experience using Autodesk Revit, the ability to translate sketches and DWG drawings into accurate, build-ready Revit models, and a solid understanding of Australian residential construction practices.


    JOB DESCRIPTION FOR DRAFTING ENGINEER

    Responsibilities as a Drafting Engineer:

    • Prepare detailed residential construction drawings using Autodesk Revit.
    • Convert hand sketches and DWG drawings into accurate and coordinated Revit models.
    • Produce floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction documentation suitable for approvals and construction.
    • Ensure all drawings align with provided building code references and project requirements.
    • Collaborate with architects, designers, and project teams to resolve design and documentation issues.
    • Maintain drawing accuracy, consistency, and compliance throughout project revisions.
    • Support minor commercial drafting tasks where required (advantageous but not essential).

    Qualifications as a Drafting Engineer:

    Residential Building Experience:
    o Proven experience drafting Australian residential builds (Western Australia experience is a strong advantage).


    Software Expertise:
    o Minimum 3 years of experience using Autodesk Revit.
    o At least 12 months of experience working with Australian clients.


    Technical Capability:
    o Strong ability to interpret sketches and DWG files and convert them into Revit documentation.


    Codes & Standards:
    o Building code references will be provided; however, prior experience with Australian building codes is highly regarded.


    Communication:
    o Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.


    Personal Attributes:
    o Strong attention to detail
    o Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
    o Team-oriented and responsive to feedback


    Skills Test Requirement:
    o The candidate must have access to Revit 2026 in order to participate in the skills test.
