Job summary
The Procurement Buyer will manage the end-to-end purchase order lifecycle in Workday, ensuring timely creation and accuracy. The role involves executing and overseeing the supplier onboarding process, confirming service delivery and receipt of goods, maintaining vendor master data, acting as the primary operational contact for Workday Procurement processes, monitoring PO and invoice status to avoid delays. Additionally, the Procurement Buyer will support procurement and finance teams by preparing recurring reports. Experience working with Office Management or Facilities teams is preferred.
