Job summary
The role of People Shared Services Analyst involves working with a dynamic team to leverage advanced technology and create exceptional experiences. The analyst will be responsible for expanding Global HR Shared Services in Manila and Poland, utilizing data-informed growth strategies to scale reporting and performance.
Responsibilities
- Automate "How We Are Doing" dashboards using Google AppScript to track KPIs, SLAs, and team productivity.
- Model FTE requirements by comparing planned sizing against actual volume trends.
- Lead the reporting workstream for new projects, ensuring tracking is "Go-Live" ready for Manila and Poland.
- Investigate data anomalies via JIRA and recommend process changes to improve data integrity.
