Job summary
A highly creative performance-driven Brand & Performance Creative Designer is needed to transform existing brand assets into high-converting ad creatives and marketing content across multiple digital platforms.

- Proven experience in graphic design performance creative or digital marketing design.
- Solid understanding of performance marketing principles and creative testing.

Responsibilities
- Creative Asset Production Design static and animated ad creatives for paid platforms Meta Google Display TikTok LinkedIn Adapt and repurpose existing brand assets into multiple creative variations Create social media visuals including Instagram feed posts stories and promotional graphics Performance Ad Creatives Design performance-optimized creatives focused on CTR conversions engagement Produce multiple creative versions for A/B testing visuals formats hooks CTAs Apply platform best practices including safe zones hierarchy thumb-stopping layouts Iterate creatives in collaboration with the marketing or ads team based on performance feedback etc.
