    Job Summary


    GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

    The job role of the Tax Associate is to provide support to the Tax Compliance Officer in ensuring and monitoring compliance of the Company to tax regulations.

    Area of expertise (Skills)


    Responsibilities

    1. Prepare schedules and reports needed for preparation of tax returns

    2. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns, alphalists, and other tax reports

    3. Timely submit tax returns and other reports to the BIR (manually and/or electronically

    through eFPS)

    4. Assist in gathering schedules and documentary requirements in case of BIR audit

    5. Assist in preparing documents needed for compliance with PEZA, LGUs, SEC and other

    regulatory agencies

    6. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders in tax-related matters

    7. Support ad hoc projects, if needed

    Other Skills and Experiences (Min)


    Qualifications:


    • Preferably a Certified Public Accountant

    • Atleast 1 year tax experience from a reputable Auditing Firm or a Peza Company

    • Advance skills on excel, word and power point

    • Excellent Communication Skills and excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to

    work with others effectively

    • Ability to work in a fast paced and demanding environment
