    OVERVIEW:

    A Customer Care and Documentations Manager's role will provide convenience to the buyers by giving them proper updates on their accounts as they go through the processes of reservation, booking, loan take out, house turnover up to the title transfer. He/she must ensure that buyers are well-guided in their buying experience by giving them account updates and addressing concerns and queries.

    The position plays a key role in maintaining client satisfaction, ensuring compliance with Philippine real estate regulations, and facilitating seamless title transfer and loan documentation processes.

    JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

    Qualifications

    • With at least 5-7 years of managerial experience relevant to customer care and sales documentation in a real estate industry.
    • Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Psychology or its equivalent.
    • Candidates with Post-Graduate degree have an advantage.

    Knowledge

    • Applicable Real Estate policies and standard practices
    • Systems applications suitable for real estate.
    • Previous experience in using CRM related programs would have an advantage.
    • MS Office applications (Excel, Powerpoint and Word)

    • Have demonstrated excellent client management, customer service and communication skills

    WORK RISK FACTORS:

    • This role will be based in the head office in Makati.
    • Full On-Site reporting
