- Engineer a robust visual design system and style guide tailored to each client's unique project requirements.
- Actively engage in user research and utilize findings to inform the creation of user-centric designs.
- Cultivate a culture of excellence within the design team by mentoring team members and providing constructive feedback to spur growth and creativity.
- Demonstrate exemplary project management skills by concurrently overseeing multiple projects, ensuring on-time delivery even in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Holds a Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field, supplemented by at least 7 years of professional experience in web and graphic design.
- Demonstrates proven leadership experience, having spent at least 3 years guiding a design team.
- Possesses proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and UI/UX tools like Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- Showcases a comprehensive portfolio that highlights skills in web and graphic design, user-centered design, and visual storytelling.
- Exhibits an excellent understanding of UX/UI principles, web standards, and responsive design along with strong communication skills for presenting design concepts to stakeholders.
- Experience working in an agile development environment is a plus.
- Embraces the role of a creative innovator and a strong leader who is meticulous in design and passionate about balancing creativity with business and client objectives.
