    Job Description

    • Execute the B2C and B2B marketing campaigns including, but not limited to, lead generation, new product launches, reactivation of nonactive sellers, self serve monetization, and retention campaigns
    • Extract and sends reports of leads gen everyday
    • Check Trello and budget for the campaigns
    • Able to analyze the user data and create relevant campaigns catering to the right target segments with high ROI
    • Work with product and design team to produce appropriate campaign landing pages, webpages and creative assets
    • Apply the right marketing mix to maximize the impact of marketing campaigns
    • Digest and apply learnings from postcampaign reports, channel effectiveness and audience studies
    • Build and maintain relationships/networks with relevant stakeholders, in ways that help to deliver strategies/plans as a whole, and with smooth and timely delivery
    • Help process value added services for clients or tickets if needed
    • Upload listings for Developers and Corporate accounts when necessary
    • Create monthly performance reports for Developers/Corporate accounts
    • Coordinate key activities with stakeholders
    • Perform other tasks as necessary

    Qualifications:

    • At least 1 years experience in performance marketing
    • Handson experience on Facebook ads manager, Google Ads/AdWords, other channels of advertising platforms are preferred too.
    • A positive growth mindset, drawing energy from collaboration, challenge and change as an opportunity
    • Experience building and scaling teams, budgets, tools, and programs. You constantly look for ways to work smarter vs harder and balance effort vs impact.
    • Experience working in a fastpaced, startup environment
    • Detailoriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks and conflicting deadlines at once
    • Sales and Marketing experience a bonus
    • Zapier & hubspot, wordpress skillset
    • Can start on August 21, 2023
