    Job Responsibilities

    • Developing strategies to acquire and retain talents.
    • Creating marketing strategies that is aligned with the branding of the organization.
    • Researching and monitoring talent acquisition trends to improve the process.
    • Manage recruitment related activities such us but not limited to employment campaigns, job postings, advertising, and others.
    • Maintaining various sourcing channels and platforms to build candidate pipeline and own network.
    • Analyzing data gathered from sourcing channels to come up with a recruitment plan.
    • Creating report through different source of recruitment data.
    • Hiring within the approved budgeted headcount.
    • Assists in leading the talent acquisition team in sourcing and interviewing candidates.
    • Provides guidance to the team in terms work related activities, policies and procedures, and processes.
    • Provides training, supervising, and implementing updates and policies to new and existing employees.
    • Delegates tasks and other responsibilities to other employees when appropriate.
    • Managing the sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onto the onboarding process.
    • Conduct preliminary screening and interview to find the right talent.
    • Ensure proper onboarding of new hires and accomplish necessary paper works accurately.
    • Being firm in implementation of policies as basis for decision making.
    • Maintains relationship building with the hiring departments, candidates, and employees.
    • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
    • Capable in coordinating with different departments to reach a common goal.
    • Raise concerns of the team to direct superior.
    • Drives cultural diversity in the workplace.
    • Performs other job-related duties as required.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree.
    • At least six to seven (6-7) years of work experience in talent acquisition.
    • Ability to gather, analyze, and summarize data needed for reports.
    • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
    • Familiarity with social media, resume databases and other professional networks.
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
    • Ability to speak knowledgeably about the company and answer confidently any questions asked by the candidate.
    • Ability to work closely with different departments and various nationalities.
    • Team player.
    • Knowledgeable in Microsoft tools and comfortable in report generation and creation.
    • Must be flexible in performing tasks outside shifts hours. Willing to work in weekends and holidays, if needed, to meet operational needs.
